TAMPA, FL (Wednesday, February 15th, 2022) The Tampa Police Department will participate in this year’s Leadership Academy hosted by the Hillsborough Co. Sheriff’s Office. Leadership Academy is geared towards high school Juniors, advancing to the 12th grade and attending a county public school. The academy runs from May 31st – June 3rd 2022. You must be a junior, who possesses a desire to learn leadership principles in a fun and challenging environment. Cost is covered by the sheriff’s office. The academy will take place at the sheriff’s office training facilities.
Students interested in attending the Leadership Academy, should reach out to their School Resource Officer or fill out the applications online.
