Tampa Police are in the 3300 block of W. Price Avenue negotiating with an adult male who has barricaded himself, alone, inside the residence.
Officers originally responded at 12:40 AM to the report of a disturbance regarding the 31-year-old white male subject using a bb-gun to shoot out windows at the residence. Officers attempts to negotiate with the adult male to peacefully exit the home are ongoing.
This is an active and fluid situation. Please avoid the area until the situation is resolved.
