Tampa Police arrested 25-year-old Juan Colon-Lugo, charging him with manslaughter in a shooting death that occurred on February 24 on E. Annie St.
Tampa Police received a 911 call late Wednesday night reporting gunshots had been heard in the 900 block of E. Annie Street, and that a person had been shot. Officers arrived to find the victim in the roadway, suffering from gunshot wounds. The Hispanic male victim, who was in his early 20’s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Tampa Police Detectives were able to establish Juan Colon-Lugo as a suspect in the case. Colon-Lugo, an acquaintance of the victim, was arrested and charged with Manslaughter.
