In the early morning hours of Oct 22, a verbal altercation between to groups of people began to escalate in the 1700 block of E. 7th Avenue. The subject in the video reportedly fired a handgun, striking an adult male in the other party. The victim was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Detectives have been working to identify the subject in the video and are now asking the community to take a close look. He was reported to be a white male, between 30-40 years of age, and can be seen wearing a white sweater with a satchel around his chest.
