Details: At 3:52 AM Friday morning, the Tampa Police Department received a call regarding three subjects, wearing black clothing, breaking into an ATM at the Chase Bank located at 1322 S. Dale Mabry Hwy. Officers and Air Service arrived just two minutes after receiving the call; however, the subjects already fled the scene in a 2004 gray Ford pick-up truck. The pick-up was found abandoned at S. Sterling Ave, just north of W. Neptune St. Officers contacted the owner of the pick-up, who was not aware the pick-up had been stolen.
The investigation is ongoing and Detectives are coordinating with bank officials to gather additional investigative leads. Anyone with information is asked to contact Crimestoppers of Tampa Bay.
