Details: Tampa Police were dispatched to the Tzadik Oaks Apartments on Sunday night for the report of a shooting. Officers arrived to find a 32-year old black male victim of a gunshot wound. Although first aid was provided, the victim succumbed to his injuries on scene. A female victim was located nearby, suffering non-life threatening injuries. No witnesses came forward during the initial investigation.
