Tampa Police Officers responded to the report of "shots heard" in the 1500 block of W. Main St. at 2:45 PM Friday afternoon. Officers arrived to find an adult male victim of a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital. While still early in the investigation, this incident does not appear to be a random act and is not related to a shooting that occurred on E.
