This information is 3 years 11 months old and may no longer be accurate.

The Tampa Water Department announced today that the 2019 Water Quality Report is now available online for their customers and other stakeholders to download and read. The report includes important information about how we are complying with federal and state drinking water standards to ensure that our customers continue to have access to clean and safe drinking water.

“We take our responsibility to provide safe, high quality water for all our customers very seriously,” said Chuck Weber, Director of the Tampa Water Department. “This report, which is required under the federal Safe Water Drinking Act, is an important tool for educating our customers about the high quality of their drinking water.”

Water Department customers will receive bill inserts that include the web address that will take them directly to this year’s water quality report.

The report contains information on Tampa's water sources, how the water is treated and tested, as well as test results for any compounds detected in Tampa's water.

Printed copies of the report are also available. Customers and other interested parties can call (813) 274-5657 to request that a copy of the report be mailed to their home or business.
