Incident Date/Time: October 15, 2023 at approximately 4:40 p.m. Location: Mosaic Westshore Apartments On Sunday, October 15, 2023, at approximately 4:40 p.m., officers responded to the Mosaic Westshore Apartments in reference to a 3-year-old female who fell from an open fourth-story bedroom window. The juvenile was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. As of this morning, the child is stable but remains in critical condition. Although this remains an active investigation, the incident appears accidental and there are no criminal charges pending at this time. Our thoughts remain with the child and their family in the hopes of a full recovery. The family is asking for privacy during this difficult time. Updates can be provided when they become available.
