Parking to Get Easier for Florida Aquarium Visitors
with City of Tampa Parking Division

Parking at the Florida Aquarium is about to get even easier! The City of Tampa's Parking Division will begin providing an automated parking solution, which allows drivers to enter the surface lot without stopping to take a ticket, beginning on Saturday, May 28, 2022.

Customers will no longer need to stop and pay at the entrance of the surface lot. Instead, customers will enter the surface lot, park their vehicle, and pay for parking in advance using contactless mobile payment apps or one of the pay stations located throughout the surface lot. Drivers will also exit the surface lot without stopping to interact with parking equipment.

New solar-powered pay stations and contactless mobile payment apps will also make parking payment more convenient for Aquarium visitors.

“Bringing The Florida Aquarium surface lot under the Parking division portfolio will deliver a seamless parking experience for guests visiting our city and the aquarium” said Fed Revolte, Parking Manager for the City of Tampa.
