All RFP responses must be submitted through OpenGov. A free OpenGov account is required to participate.
The Real Estate Department utilizes the following NIGP Category Codes for property dispositions and leases:
- NIGP Category Codes for Property Disposition:
- 99884 - Real Estate (Including Buildings, Houses, Land, etc): Sale of Surplus and Obsolete Items
- 57863 - Real Estate: Land and Improvements
- 91277 - Real Estate Developers
- 95281 - Slum/Community Redevelopment Services
- NIGP Category Codes for Leases:
- 97100 – Real Property Rental or Lease
- 97135 – Land, Rental or Lease
