Due to the limited funding balances that are utilized for the Housing Rehabilitation and Renovation Program, effective today, January 7, 2026, the submission of NEW applications will be put on hold until further notice. Current packages submitted prior to January 7, 2026, will be reviewed for eligibility.
We will continue to monitor the status of active applications regarding their eligibility status.
It is our intention to continue to accept applications as soon as additional state and federal funds become available in early summer. Updates will be posted as they become available.
