"Dare to Own the Dream" Homeownership Program
Due to the limited funding balances that are utilized for the DARE first-time homebuyer’s program, effective today, January 7, 2026, the submission of NEW reservation packages will be put on hold until further notice. Current packages submitted prior to today, will be reviewed for eligibility.
We will continue to monitor the status of active reservation numbers regarding their expiration dates.
It is our intention to resume accepting reservation packages as soon as additional state and federal funds become available. Updates will be posted as they become available.
