Tampa Convention Center Achieves Higher Than 90% in Client Satisfaction Ratings

The Tampa Convention Center team strives to provide excellent service for its clients. In 2022, we were proud to achieve a 91% rating in client satisfaction surveys.

These surveys were given to 63 clients who held events at Tampa Convention Center in 2022. Clients rated the performance of the Tampa Convention Center Sales Manager, Convention Services Manager, and services provided by Tampa Convention Center partners.

Out of all the responses, Tampa Convention Center and its partners received a total of 325 “Excellent” scores. More than half of the surveys scored 90% or higher.

These results prove that Tampa Convention Center and its partners are dedicated to making your event a success.
