Due to limited funding available for the Housing Rehabilitation and Renovation Program, the City of Tampa is not currently accepting new applications. Applications submitted prior to January 7, 2026, will continue to be reviewed to determine eligibility.
The City will continue to monitor the status of active applications as they proceed through the review process.
The program is projected to reopen for new applications during Summer 2026, subject to the availability of additional state and federal funding. Updates regarding the program will be posted on this page as information becomes available.
