A single member district, running North from Waters Avenue to County Line Road, including Forest Hills, Terrace Park, New Tampa, and University of South Florida.
The district is bordered on the West, North and East by starting at Armenia Avenue north of Waters Avenue and then meandering along the City Limit line following Armenia Avenue, Fowler Avenue, U.S.F., Fletcher Avenue, 46th Street, Interstate 275, Interstate 75, County Line Road, Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Cross Creek Blvd., Morris Bridge Road and 50th Street. The district then continues South along the Eastern City Limit line following 52nd Street and the West boundary of the City of Temple Terrace to the Hillsborough River. The Southern boundary of the district runs East along Waters Avenue from Armenia Avenue and then meanders North along Florida Avenue, East along C.S.X. Railroad, North along Interstate 275, East along Busch Blvd., South along Brooks Street, Southeast along C.S.X railroad, West along Eskimo Avenue, South along 15th Street, East along Yukon Street, South along 17th Street, East along Waters Avenue, Southeast along Rowlett Park Drive, North along 22nd Street, East along Rampart Street, North along 22nd Street, West along Yukon Street, North along 20th Street, West along Okaloosa Avenue, North along 18th Street, East along Busch Blvd., South along 40th Street, then Northeast along the Hillsborough River to the City Limit Line finishing the district boundary.
