The Tampa Convention Center’s AV partners, Encore, created a beautiful and elaborate setup last week for the Juice Plus Live conference.
Encore Event Technologies is the leading provider of unique, creative, and innovative in-house audiovisual services for hotels, conference centers, and resorts throughout North America.
Serving as the convention center’s production partners since 2014, their robust services include:

During Juice Plus Live, Encore worked with event planners to transform the exhibit hall with colorful hanging orbs, a massive LED screen, and choreographed light shows. The convention center’s ballroom was also transformed for a special VIP event, featuring a lighted LED stage, hanging silver orbs, and elaborate rigging.
In total, over 130+ rigging points, 9 boom lifts, 6 scissor lifts, and over 35 riggers were used during the event. The large screen in the exhibit hall measured 133’ x 15’, creating a beautiful backdrop display for the show. In addition, about 76 hanging orbs were used during the event—all installed by Encore.
Finally yet importantly, Encore installed several large rings in the convention center’s ballroom for a special Juice Plus VIP event. These rings were used to support aerialists during impressive suspended performances.
Overall, Juice Plus was one of the convention center’s largest events this year in terms of rigging needs and production value.
