Here’s a bit of news to brighten your Tuesday! Last week, the Lumbermen’s Merchandising Corp donated leftover convention materials to Habitat for Humanity.

As part of our Save the Resources initiative, the Tampa Convention Center encourages event planners to donate any leftover materials to organizations like Habitat for Humanity and the Hillsborough Education Foundation. This can range from things like notepads, paper, office supplies, show bags, and promotional items for students, teachers, and families, all the way to large building supplies and home goods as we saw with the Lumbermen’s merchandising Corp.

Another recent example of material donations includes multiple large roles of premium carpet used during the Auto Show of Tampa Bay.

We love collaborating with convention and non-profits on material donations, which is why we make it as easy as possible for our clients to donate excess goods.

Thank you Lumbermen’s Corp and Habitat for Humanity for helping us fulfill our Save the Resources mission!
