Tampa’s Adopt-a-Drain program is a volunteer opportunity for you to become a steward of a stormwater drain in your neighborhood. Stormwater maintenance is a year-round effort, and every bit of support helps keep drains clear and reduces the risk of flooding.
The Adopt-a-Drain program is open to all City of Tampa residents! Simply sign up, complete the waiver, use the map to find a drain near your home, adopt it, and help keep it clear.
NOTE: All drains associated with the program will continue to be maintained by the City of Tampa on a regular basis. Volunteer cleanings are in addition to the City’s maintenance work and are not a substitute for routine City maintenance.
