The City offers routine education and training for construction site operators and those who are associated with the implementation of proper stormwater, sediment and erosion control measures at construction sites.

The course is available to construction managers, contractors, and inspectors in private or public employment. It utilizes the Florida Department of Environmental Protection Florida Stormwater, Erosion and Sedimentation Control Training and Certification Course and includes a review of control measure requirements for all active construction sites. Following successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate as a licensed erosion control inspector.
