Infill Development

The Tampa CRA is soliciting proposals from qualified Real Estate Developers for the construction, marketing, and sale of single-family attached and single-family detached homes on infill lots within the East Tampa CRA. Proposed release date no later than April 2025.
 

Highlights of the Program

  • RFP will include 14 lots (density allows for up to 28 units)
  • The Program is intended to eliminate slum and blight by providing affordable housing opportunities for income eligible individuals or households.
  • Affordable housing opportunities can attract new businesses, investments, and residents to the area, spurring economic development and revitalization.
  • The RFP will provide housing options to households at 140% AMI and under.
  • This program will help the financial housing burden of Teachers, First Responders, and the overall workforce population.
