Downtown continues building its reputation as a high-caliber urban center that features quality residential, commercial, and recreational assets. The downtown CRA is currently investing TIF funds on renovations and improvements on several cultural assets like the Straz, the Tampa Theatre and the Tampa Museum of Arts. We are also investing on renovations for our green spaces, like Herman Massey Park and recently renovated Kid Mason Community Center.
