Policy & Grants Updates

The Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) staff annually reviews its policy and grants to ensure their continued relevance, use and effectiveness. To ensure transparency and provide an opportunity for public review, draft revisions will be made available below. Community members are encouraged to review these materials and stay informed about the changes that may impact redevelopment efforts within their CRA district. Supporting documents and/or videos related to any proposed updates will be uploaded to this page as they become available.

As a result of the 2025 review, CRA staff is proposing updates to its policy and grants, scheduled for presentation to the CRA Board on November 13, 2025, with a proposed effective date of January 1, 2026. Some of the documents related to the 2025 update have been uploaded below under the 2025 Update section, and additional materials will be added as they become available.

Prior to the start of the session, we were informed that the recording had begun, and near the conclusion of the workshop, we shared that the video would be uploaded to our website for later viewing. Unfortunately, we have since learned that, due to an internal technical error, the workshop was not successfully recorded.

We understand the importance  of making this content accessible and recognize the inconvenience and disappointment this may       cause.  Please accept our sincere apologies for this oversight.

The substantial information from the workshop is still available as the workshop presentation has been uploaded to our website for your review. We appreciate your understanding and continued engagement with our community initiatives."

    • Community Workshop Presentation
    • Presentation of the final draft to the Board on June 11, 2026.

  • Draft Proposed Revisions (underline and strikethrough)

We will continue to share updates and additional details as this process moves forward.  If you have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to reach out to the CRA Office.
