This section offers information pertaining to the residential and commercial permitting of synthetic turf.  The permitting process includes submittal of applicant's required documents (Verification Statement and Site Plan), followed by City of Tampa's plans review, and an inspection related to the installation.

The installation of synthetic turf within the City of Tampa is subject to applicable City policies, permitting requirements, and the minimum standards established under Section 125.572, Florida Statues, and Rule 62-308.100, Florida Administrative Code.
