Residential permits apply to Single Family Residences (SFR) and duplexes.

Commercial Permits

Commercial permits apply to Condominiums, triplexes, multi-family apartments, businesses of all types, mixed-use structures, and other miscellaneous categories such as fire, sprinklers, alarms, kitchen hoods, and dumpster enclosures.
