Commercial Roof Inspections

The following is a list of typical inspections needed for Roof Covering Replacement - Inspections

Shall be virtual only (OFR's Vu-Spex) for both contractors and homeowners

BLD-Roof Dry In - Required for all tile roofs and homeowner permits
(Contractors can submit a roof mitigation/attestation to be uploaded to the record in lieu of the dry-in for non-tile roofs)
ROF-Final:
