- Product Approval: State of Florida Product Approval number, Manufacturer installation instructions.
- Recorded Notice of Commencement: Prior to first inspection.
- Completed Owner-Builder Acknowledgement form (if applicable).
- Completed Roof Mitigation Form completed by licensed professional.
