History
Woodlawn Cemetery is the largest City-owned cemetery and was established in 1888.
There are adjacent privately owned cemetery including Schaari Zedek, Rodeph Sholom, Beth Israel, and Showmen's Rest.
Previously, the Pyramid Crypts portion was managed by Joseph Costantino, although it falls within Woodlawn Cemetery. The City of Tampa took ownership and management over Pyramid Crypts Cemetery in late 2023.
