Class Descriptions

Chair Yoga

A chair workout with some standing exercise that focuses on flexibility, balance, and posture. Routine will help develop coordination and strong core. Includes relaxation techniques. Appropriate for all ages and levels of fitness.

Mind Over Matter Stretch

A movement based class focusing on specific muscle groups. Increasing range of motion, reduce soreness, improve circulation, improve posture, and athletic performance. Longer, deeper stretches achieving plasticity of body, flexibility and muscle toning.

Ty's Ten

Power through 10 dynamic circuits combining strength, cardio, and core training for a full-body challenge. Each station targets different muscles to burn fat, build strength, and boost endurance. With scalable intensity and ever-changing workouts, you’ll stay motivated, sweat hard, and see results.

Mind Over Matter

A progressive High Intensity Interval Training Class designed to challenge athletes in any sport. Combination of weights, plyometric, isometric and functional fitness. Class participants can expect to improve physical functionality, boost stamina and tone muscles.

Lean In

Build strength, balance, toning and flexibility in this workout! Through dynamic bodyweight movements, holding positions, fluid movement, and mindful breathing, you'll tone muscles, improve posture, and mobility.

Core Essentials

Starts with standing, core warmup, Tai-Chi®-like exercises. Extensive floor exercises. Class develops strength, mobility, balance, and endurance. Class participants can expect to improve physical functionality, boost stamina and tone muscles. Appropriate for all ages and levels of fitness.

Line Dancing

Learn easy, choreographed steps to country and pop hits in a fun, welcoming class. Dancing boosts memory, heart health, balance, and coordination—plus it’s a great way to reduce stress and make new friends!

Spin By The Bay

Pedal through sprints, climbs, and interval drills in this high-energy cycling class. With motivating music and expert guidance, you’ll build strength, endurance, and cardio power while having a blast on the bike.

Pilates-Yoga Infusion ($8/class)

A dynamic blend of yoga and Pilates focused on building strength, improving flexibility and mobility. Fusing yoga’s flexibility with Pilates core strength. Core focus to build stability and longer yoga holds to lengthen muscles.

Zumba ($7/class)

Total body workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. A fitness program that combines Latin and international music with choreography incorporating samba, salsa, soca, merengue, mambo and hip hop.

Tri-Yoga ($7/class)

Founded by Kali Ray, this unique practice blends flowing posture sequences with breath control and focused awareness, offering physical, mental, and spiritual benefits. Each level builds flexibility, strength, endurance, and understanding of the method, with synchronized movements, rhythmic breathing, and mudras (hand gestures to focus the mind).

Hatha Yoga ($8/class)

A foundational physical practice and breathwork, focusing on balancing mind and body through slow paced poses. The class use physical postures to improve alignment, strength, flexibility and core strength. It’s a holistic path using physical practices for mental and spiritual development.
