Education Building

The Education Building is a fully funded PIPES project that will serve as the centerpiece of our future conservation and water education outreach.

This state-of-the-art educational facility will provide water-related educational programs for both youth and adults.

Administration Building

The Department needs additional office space for Administration and Engineering personnel that can accommodate both current and future staffing needs.

This proposed office building can accommodate up to 48 employees. Funding for this building was included in the PIPES program.

Site Improvements and Rogers Park Golf Course

Visitors to the Tampa Water Center will arrive via a new entrance that will be built on Rowlett Park Drive. This new entrance will reduce traffic on N 30th Street, creating a safer environment for visitors and workers. These changes will improve the water resiliency of this historic golf course and allow for future growth.
